Why do I care what you eat?
It’s highly likely you don’t, but other people’s food and recipe ideas and blog posts have been a tremendous help for me throughout this journey towards getting “wholly healthy”. It’s tough sometimes when you’re hungry but have no idea what to do with a crisper drawer full of veggies and no bread, rice, pasta, cheese, cream, sugar, soy, etc. in sight!
I’ve been there, and if you’re one of those people that have felt that sense of desperation, I am doing this for you.
What’s that you’re doing, then?
On March 27, 2012, I began a second month without grains of any kind, dairy of any kind, sweeteners of any kind, legumes, additives, or preservatives. Along the way, I’m going to keep a sort of journal about what I’m eating, and post it here. Perhaps you’ll get bored. But perhaps you’ll get inspired and take my idea and make it into your own!
